ICU Expansion at EAMC Takes Flight
Following the assembly of a 195-foot tower crane and acquisition of building materials, three new floors are now under construction atop the West Pavilion of East Alabama Medical Center (EAMC). Upon completion, the expansion will provided 67,395 square feet divided among three floors, a mechanical space located on the third floor, additional space for growth on the fourth floor and 30 new beds on the fifth floor.
